There are two layers of teeth, one is upper layer and second is lower or down layer. Upper layer of teeth is called enamel whose color is white and below the enamel there is another layer that is called dentin whose color is yellow brown. 2) By Using Hydrogen Per Oxide:

Hydrogen per oxide is also call bleach and it helps to remove stains from teeth and turn teeth into white. For maximum results, it’s suggested to brush with the mixture of baking soda and hydrogen per oxide twice a day for one week.

People who have sensitive teeth are not recommended to use this method instead they should consult their dentista for further recommendation.

3) Teeth Whitening By Adopting Specific Diet:

Certain types of food add the stains on the surface of teeth thus preventing or minimize the use of such types of food helps in keep the teeth whiten and healthy smile. Foods that contain stains are coffee, tea, wine etc.
